How the Quick Change Oil Drain System Works

#1 Remove the Dust Cap from your installed Quick Changer. The dust cap keeps your Quick Changer clean and clear of debris. No oil will flow until the Drain Hose is attached. Begin to attach the Drain Hose.

#2 As the Drain Hose tightens the internal plunger begins to rise allowing the oil to flow through the Quick Changer. Oil samples can easily be taken by only partially screwing on the Drain Hose to the Quick Changer.

#3 After all the oil has drained, remove the Drain Hose.  The internal plunger will return to it's original position. Wipe down the Quick Changer, Drain Hose, and Dust Cap. Replace the Dust Cap on the Quick Changer.
