If you are unsatisfied with your unused* product within 30 days you may contact us for an exchange/refund. All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees vary depending on the condition of the goods at the time of the return and the individual manufacturer's return policy. To receive credit/refund, all returns must be authorized by a representative before being shipped back to our warehouse. Shipping/Freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*Used Oil drain pans and equipment are not returnable.
To obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization), call us at (616) 531-8868 with the following information:
- Original Order #
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return
The representative will provide you with an RGA # via email. Print and place the form provided in the original box with your return. Once we receive your item we will inspect for any damage/defects. Refunds are typically initiated within 5 business days from receipt of the returned goods. Returns submitted after the RGA expiration date will not receive a refund and will only qualify for store credit.
